ORAL PRESENTATION

The oral presentations should be prepared in Power Point format compatible with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016. You can make your presentation either in 4:3 or 16:9 (widescreen) format.

All presentations must be uploaded to the laptop provided by the organizers prior to the session.

The time alocated for each presentation is 20 minutes, with additional 5 minutes allowed for
questions and discussion.

Posters should be prepared in a portrait layout with maximum dimensions of 30x40 inches (76x101 cm).


All poster presenters are required to be present at
their posters during the poster session.











NOTE FOR STUDENTS

During the conference TSOP judges will be awarding the Danielle Kondla Best Student Presentation Award. Usually two awards, $300 for the oral presentation and $200 for the poster presentation, are given during TSOP conference dinner. Student-author must deliver the oral presentation to qualify for the Best Oral Presentation Award. Student-author of the poster must be present in front of their poster during the poster session to qualify for the Best Poster Presentation Award.
