Authors And Presenters

We encourage you to take the opportunity to make a presentation, either as an oral presentation or as a poster. The oral presentations are scheduled to 25 minutes, including some minutes for questions.

Abstract Guidelines

Abstracts up to 4 pages (including figures) will be accepted. Leave 2cm margins on both sides; use 1½ line spacing and a 12-point GC Times Roman (or similar) font. Title of abstracts should be in 12-point bold and include names of the authors (12-point) and affiliations (10-point).

Paper Submission to Meeting Proceedings Volume

We invite you to submit a paper to the meeting proceedings volume that will be published in the International Journal of Coal Geology. Please have your paper ready for peer review by December 1, 2003.Guidelines for authors can be found at the website for the International Journal of Coal Geology. Papers should be sent to:

Poster Guidelines

Each presenter will get ONE 2.4 m by 1.2 m (or 8' by 4') poster board to display their poster. We would like to have all posters put up on display by Monday morning. Please bring some Velcro and maybe some push pins just in case there are not enough to go around.

Poster Board - 2.4 meters by 1.2 meters or 8 feet by 4 feet.
