TSOP Members only - Login issues

This page presents some information that may help with login problems.

Your browser must allow cookies to be saved at least from the TSOP website.

NOTE: If your browser does not allow cookies to be saved then you might not get any errors or warnings but you just will not be able to login.

Note also: Cookies used for TSOP logins are not a privacy or security issue since they are stored on your own computer system and exist only while you are logged in.

In Firefox (preferred browser)
Select [Tools->Options->Privacy] from drop down menu near top of Firefox window. Under the cookies section click on the checkbox to accept cookies.

In Internet Explorer
Select [Tools->Internet Options->Privacy tab->Advanced->] from drop down menu near top of IE window. Select override automatic cookie handling.

If you have another browser or these tips do not work then you may need to get some local technical help.
