Council Meetings

The business of TSOP's governing Council is conducted primarily at the Incoming Council and Outgoing Council meetings (held during the Annual Meeting) and at a mid-year teleconference (usually in March).

Committees provide their reports to Council in writing in advance of these meetings.

Elections

Elections are held each year in the months prior to the Annual Meeting. The terms of most Council positions are for more than one year. The Vice-President typically becomes the sole candidate for President at the conclusion of the vice-presidential term.
