Presenter's instruction Oral Presentations

Oral presentations should be prepared in Microsoft Power Point or Openoffice (.odp format). Please inform us ahead of time if you are bringing an Openoffice file.

Please bring your presentation on a USB drive and it is strongly recommended that you bring a backup copy as well. Consider a CD version, also.

Posters

Format in Width x Height: Imperial/US (7'7" x 3'9" or 91"x45") or Metric (231x114cm).
Here is a picture with dimensions.

Posters can be mounted with velcro or pins.

Authors should be available for questions and discussion during breaks and specified poster viewing times.
