Registration Information
for our
27th Annual Meeting being held at beautiful
Denver, Colorado, USA - September 12 - 16, 2010

Step 1

Fill out the PDF Registration form. Your information can be typed directly into the form (using Acrobat Reader 8 or 9). It is important to carefully calculate and enter the total registration amount on the form. Please print the form for your records before going on to the payment page.
When you have entered all the information, use the 'Submit form via email' button near the bottom of the form to send a copy to the meeting organizers. After completing that procedure, return to this Registration page (use back arrow at top left of browser) and go on to Step 2 to pay via PayPal.

Make payment by selecting the "Pay Now" PayPal button below. You will be asked to enter the total registration amount when you reach the PayPal payment page. A PayPal account is NOT necessary but if you have one you can use it or simply enter the required information to pay by credit card.

Note: Although payment via PayPal is the preferred option, payment by cash or money order can be made at the registration desk on arrival at the meeting venue.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Denver West Hotel*. This hotel is located in Lakewood, Colorado, west of Denver. It is about 55km (35 miles) from Denver International Airport, easily accessed by major highways. Attendees should plan to stay at the Sheraton.
