• CRL Energy Ltd of New Zealand "is an energy consulting company, with a strong research and testing base and a specialist knowledge in all aspects of the coal energy chain." The web site describes their services including petrography, palynology and other aspects of coal characterization; geological data interpretation; basin analysis; support of exploration and mining; evaluation of coal as a source rock;and short courses.
• GasChem.Com, a division of OilTracers L.L.C., provides on their site "detailed discussions of the different origins of natural gas (bacterial gas, thermogenic gas, gas from oil cracking), and the different contaminants that can be present in natural gas (e.g., mercury)." This site also provides comprehensive descriptions of the applications of geochemistry to a variety of natural gas exploration and production problems.
• Oil Tracers ® "site ... provides comprehensive descriptions of the applications of geochemistry to a variety of oil exploration and production problems," offers a paper on Using Oil Biomarkers in Petroleum Exploration, and "allows the visitor to search three very useful databases free of charge:"
