Instructions for Presenters
TSOP annual meeting
Denver, Colorado, USA, 12 - 16 September, 2010

Oral Presentations

Please prepare slide presentation in Microsoft Power Point

Please bring presentation on USB drive. It is a good idea to bring a backup copy of your presentation. Consider a CD version, also.

Presentations will be 20 minutes or less, with 1 minute to change presenters, during which speaker can answer questions.

Poster Presentations

Posters are prepared in a horizontal format: approximately 40" x 72" or 1 m x 1.8 meters.

NO pins or needles will be used with the posters. Posters will be mounted on the wall by tape. If you wish to preserve your poster it will be good to have plastic coating. Otherwise, the tape is low-stick and should be easily removed.

Posters can be put in place Sunday afternoon/evening. They will remain in place for the entire meeting, that is, until Tuesday afternoon.

Presenters should be available for questions and discussion during breaks and after lunch break, as time permits.
